Part 2 – Privacy Policy for EEA and Swiss Users
SafeZone Technologies is the data controller for personal information collected in the EEA and Switzerland.
• Personal Information Collected: Registration details, communications, device data, and location.
• Recipients: Family circle members, service providers, legal authorities, and corporate transaction partners.
• Location Data: Collected only when necessary for app functionality. Users may opt out via device settings.
• Marketing: Sent only with user consent; opt-out available anytime.
• Security & Transfers: Data stored in the EU; international transfers follow applicable laws.
• User Rights: Access, portability, correction, erasure, restriction, and objection rights under EU law.
